Representing Prudential Carolina Realty, Dick was Salesman of the Year for 2 consecutive years.  More recently, as an Associate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, York Simpson Underwood, Dick has earned the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Honor Society Award for 6 consecutive years, an honor awarded to only 12% of BHHS sales professionals nationally (Dick was in the top 5%).
